I help people over 35 move with strength, confidence, and calm through yoga and strength-based movement designed for real bodies, busy lives, and changing needs.

My relationship with yoga began early, watching my Grandad practise. A discipline he first learned in India while serving as a PE Instructor in the Army and a practice he continued throughout his life. That blend of structure, consistency, and self-awareness still shapes how I teach today: practical, supportive movement that helps people feel strong and at ease in their bodies.

I’m a qualified yoga teacher, Yoga Nidra practitioner, and Level 3 Personal Trainer. My approach combines yoga with strength training, mobility work, and nervous-system support. My focus is not on performance  it’s on building sustainable strength, joint health, and confidence that carries into everyday life.

Having spent many years in corporate roles, I understand how stress, long hours, and desk-based work affect both body and mind. I also bring lived experience of midlife changes, including perimenopause, which informs the way I adapt classes for energy levels, recovery, and resilience.

My classes are inclusive, non-intimidating, and suitable for all genders and fitness backgrounds. Whether you’re new to yoga, returning to movement, or looking to maintain strength and mobility as you get older, you’ll find a supportive space to move well and feel better.
