About

As a young girl, I was captivated watching my grandad practice yoga. He embraced this discipline while serving as an Army PE Instructor in India, sparking a lifelong passion in me. Now, as an adult, I’ve transformed that passion into a mission: to help others find strength, peace, and balance through yoga.

With certifications in Hatha Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Personal Training, my teaching is grounded in Vinyasa, my favorite style. I love the energy of power yoga—building strength, flowing through poses, and creating a deep connection inward. But yoga isn’t just about movement; it’s about meeting yourself where you are, in every season of life.

Now, as I navigate my own journey through perimenopause, I understand more than ever the need for yoga to support both body and mind. This stage of life brings changes—physically, emotionally, and mentally—which is why I am passionate about holding spaces that honor and support others on the menopause journey. My classes offer a balance of strength-building flows and deeply calming practices, allowing you to move in a way that feels right for you.

Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just beginning, whether you crave energy or stillness, my classes are a space where you can feel supported, empowered, and connected to yourself.
